Today is day four and I am sore LOL
I fell off the bandwagon on the consistent workout regimen, so now my body is yelling at me. I know the soreness will calm down eventually, but It's just a sign that I am burning this fat and building some muscle.

Maintaining a consistent healthy weight has been quite the struggle for most of my life. I started my journey yet again, last June. Since I am 41 pounds down and happily counting. I use my WW formerly known as Weight Watcher https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/how-it-works as a base and a guide. I also go between, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, currently a flexitarian I truly believe in listening to how what you eat makes you feel.

So many times we focus on taking care of the outside that we forget to care for the inside. We bathe our bodies, but forget the internal organs need a cleanse to. It hit me, I need to cleanse and detox. I had fear because when I heard people tell their stories of detoxing and the side effects I would think to myself absolutely not.
When one of my friends share with me about the products I was open. She said one word and I was interested. That word was gentle. She said it was a gentle detox, and that it was something that can be taken regularly along with some liquid multivitamins.
Let's not even talk about taking vitamins. Whew I always had an issues like most people with consistently taking them. I figured this might be the time to turn a new leaf and I did. I am so proud of myself at my accomplishments so far.
I know what it's like to not be so proud of myself too. Once we realize that we are truly in control of our own happiness the better off we will be.
