2021  Salon Policies and Procedures During Covid-19


  •  All salon cancellation fees have been waived at this time.

  • Due to state recommended sanitation requirements you can expect a 15 minute waiting time from the time of your scheduled appointment. 

  • In order to be serviced, you must have a facemask with ear loops. If you do not have the appropriate facemask I will provide one for you for a fee of $2.50 added to your bill. 

  • When you arrive at the salon for your appointment please call 845-459-9264.  Do not use the intercom outside of the salon studio.

  • The waiting area is suspended at this time, so you will have to wait in your car or outside until I am ready for you. I will meet you at the door when it is time for you to come in.

  • You will not be allowed into the building until my current client is out of the building. 

  • No Food Or Drink Allowed.

  • Your temperature will be taken.

  • Your hands will be sanitized when you enter my suite.

  • I will not be serving any beverages at this time. You may bring your own closed lid water bottle with you, you must also take it with you when you leave.

  • There will be no magazines or books provided.

  • I ask that you do not touch any retail products items, if you have any questions about the product please feel free to ask me and I will assist you.

  • Keep personal items down to a minimum, ex only bring keys, pocketbook or wallet.  

  • Do not come with any guest, there is only 1 person allowed in the salon studio at a time. (parents may accompany a child who is getting serviced. Hower parents are not allowed to bring children to the salon for their own personal appointment. 

  • I will be accepting touchless payments at this time. (no cash) All payments will be made with the credit card that you put down to reserve your appointment online or. Or any other form of credit/debit card. Gratuity is accepted through this option as well.

  •  Dryer time will be at a max of 20 minutes. With a 5 min additional diffusing dring time.

  • Blowouts/Silk Press are still allowed.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment you can cancel when your appointment reminder is sent via my automated system. However, you will need to go back online to reschedule your next appointment. If you have trouble please call.

  • I can be reached at the salon at 845-459-9264 during business hours with any questions you may have. Please be sure to leave a voicemail if you don’t get an answer.

  • At this time I ask that you please refrain from communication via texting for any appointment matters (It is very difficult to do hair and text (LOL) I may reach out this way for 911 purposes or for mass text messages through my automated system. 


I thank you for your cooperation and patience. I truly hope you understand the new guidelines, and that you are able to follow the new procedures. There will be no exceptions to any of these new policies/practices. Please keep in mind that these health guidelines are not personal, but put in place for your safety and the safety of others. The same goes for the new communication structure. I want to continue to provide you with excellent customer service, so our main source of communication will be via email. NOTE: New Clients and existing clients that have not been to the salon in 9 months + Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous salon it is mandatory that you choose a New Client Service.
