What this means, as the owner, I want my Clients to be super-pleased – in fact, absolutely delighted with everything I do. ALL of our services come with our risk-free Guarantee. What does this mean? Simply this: If you aren’t happy with my work, I'll do it over for free within 3 days. If you’re still not thrilled, you can have your money back. No questions asked. No hard feelings. It’s your choice. I stand behind my work 100%. However, this does not apply to acts of nature, such as rain, snow, or humidity in the environment. We must keep in mind that we are natural and our hair will respond to the climate and or moisture in the air. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our work, please call the salon right away.
New Clients and existing clients that have not been to the salon in 9 months +
Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous salon it is mandatory that you choose a New Client Service.
It is my custom to spend your first session familiarizing myself with your hair in order to determine what the best and healthiest option is for you.
Every New Client service includes:
Express microscopic hair & scalp analysis
Hair audit 2 ( and in depth screening of your waves, curls, or coils.
Spa Mist Treatment
A take-home Rx form that is a full write up about the essential elements
Product prescription consisting of the best products for you
Lastly, your choice of a style or curl coaching + style combo.
During this session, we will discuss future styling options such as coloring services or crochet braiding. ( Not recommended for New Clients)
Outside hair products are not allowed. We use professional products that cater to natural hair. However, clients may bring products prescribed by their doctor or dermatologist.
If it has been more than 9 months or more since your last visit, it is recommended that you book a new client service to ensure that we have time to complete your service to get your hair back on track with a healthy regimen.
Beauty for Ashes Salon places a high consideration on the significance of time.
If Client arrives more than 15 minutes late for the reservation, Client’s reservation will be forfeited and the client will be 100% charged for the visit.
Last minute Cancellations & No-Shows
If you do not call or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your time scheduled that is considered a no show. If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior reservations or you will be charged full price for the missed visit via your credit card used while booking online.
A Valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations. Your card will not be charged, but is held as security for your appointment reservation. You can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours prior to your appointment by going to your confirmation email received when you booked your appointment. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated, you will be charged the balance of your booking amount left to pay in the salon by way of your online payment method.
Feel free to text to your heart's content, however, I ask that you be considerate of others by refraining from taking calls during your service and under our dryers/steamers. If you must take a voice call, we ask that you place the caller on hold, then step outside for privacy. I like to keep our salon with a calm and tranquil atmosphere.
Children are prohibited in the salon unless being serviced.
No Extra Guests
Beauty for Ashes is an intimate salon suite. For the comfort of all clients, I ask that you please come to your appointment without any guests and/or children for who are not getting a service done.
Booking Your Reservations
Reservations for your services are booked 100% ONLINE. Choose a reservation that fits your schedule with flexibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Booking is simple! If you request a day and time that does show up, that means its unavailable.

All new clients + existing clients who have not been to the salon in 9 months + It is mandatory that you book you one of the "New Client Services" If you do not when you arrive at the salon you will be required to choose from one. If you do not wish to do so, we reserve the right to not serve you. However, you will be charged for the service you have booked online. Via your online payment.
