If you’re still not thrilled, you can have your money back. No questions asked. No hard feelings. It’s your choice. We stand behind our work 100%. However, this does not apply to acts of nature, such as rain, snow, or humidity in the environment. We must keep in mind that we are natural and our hair will respond to the climate and or moisture in the air. New Clients and existing clients that have not been to the salon in 9 months +
Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous salon it is mandatory that you choose a deluxe package.
It is our custom to spend your first session familiarizing ourselves with your hair in order to determine what the best and healthiest option for you.
At this session, you will get a hair and beauty audit 2, trim/cut, deep conditioning treatment, a take-home Rx form that is a full write up about the essential elements of your hair along with recommendations of the best products for you and a personalized regimen. Lastly, your choice of any of the one of the Deluxe services listed below.
During this session, we will discuss future styling options such as alternative styling, coloring services etc.

Outside hair products are not allowed. We use professional products that cater to natural hair. However, clients may bring products prescribed by their doctor or dermatologist.
If it has been more than 9 months or more since your last visit, it is recommended that you book a new client service to ensure that we have time to complete your service to get your hair back on track with a healthy regimen.
Beauty for Ashes Salon places a high consideration on the significance of time.
If Client arrives more than 30 minutes late for the reservation, Client’s reservation will be forfeited and the client will be charged for the visit.
If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior for natural style reservations or 48 hours prior for alternative style reservations or you will be charged full price for the visit.
Feel free to text to your heart's content, however, we ask that you be considerate of others by refraining from taking calls during your service and under our dryers/steamers. If you must take a voice call, we ask that you place the caller on hold, then step outside for privacy. We like to keep our salon with a calm and tranquil atmosphere.
Children are prohibited in the salon unless being serviced; however, we understand that emergencies happen. If you must bring your child to the salon, they must be supervised by you at all times.
For the comfort of all clients, guests and/or children for which a service is not being rendered are not to be present in the salon while the client is being serviced.
Booking Your Reservations
Reservations for your services can be made in 2 ways. The fastest and most convenient way is ONLINE. Choose a reservation that fits your schedule with flexibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Booking is simple! If you request a day and time that does show up, that means its unavailable.
The second way is by calling into the salon. When booking over the phone you will be required to leave a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. Please have your credit card ready to book your reservations.

Choosing a Stylist: All of our Curl Stylist have attended cosmetology school and received their state license. It is our custom that all of our Stylist go through our Beauty for Ashes Salon training program before being elevated to a styling chair. Continued weekly training is mandatory to be a part of our highly trained curl professionals. So when booking your appointment you can rest assured that you will get quality service with any of our stylist Price of services differs per Curl Stylist experience.
A Valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations. Your card will be charged a deposit of $.60-$1.50 to secure your appointment. You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 24 hours in advance for natural hairstyles, and 48 hours for alternative styling. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated, you will be charged the balance of your booking amount left to pay in the salon by way of your online payment method.

A minimum of 15% cash Gratuity is not mandatory but highly recommended
All new clients + existing clients who have not been to the salon in 4 months + It is mandatory that you book you one of the "New Client Services" If you do not when you arrive at the salon you will be required to choose from one. If you do not wish to do so, we reserve the right to not serve you. However, you will be charged for the service you have booked online. Via your online payment.
